So after a nice couple relaxing days in koh lanta we headed to patong on phuket island. A nice little 4 hour bus ride later we arrived in phuket town and had to grab a taxi to patong. He drove like crazy! He had a fake police siren he would play so he could fly in and out of cars. Also he playe the most pumping beats i have heard in a long time ( for you old timers out there i mean he played good music ). It was awesome though because he dropped us off at a nice cheap guesthouse that has very nice rooms! More air conditioning and tv! But thats no important, i want to go down to a little town south of here and go surfing.
Anyways last night we walked around and then were told by a dude who was promoting a bar that their bar had a special, buy a ticket and arrive at ten and get free drinks till 12! It was too hard to refuse that offer so we got a ticket and went to our hotel and got ready. It was a crazy night, i was trying a few different drinks since i could order whatever i wanted but ended up drinking vodka redbulls and wow i was up till 5 am and woke up at 8 just wired still! No more of that nonsense, we met some great people though and i imagine we will meet more here. Today i am going to check the beach out and work on my tan! Maybe look into diving one more time, but the bank is getting low so that might not be an option. It is hard to believe i have been away from home for almost 8 weeks! I am going to be sad to leave thailand, there was so many places we didn't have a chance to see. Oh well, next trip ;)
